Owning a Ford vehicle is a reward itself, but now FordPass Rewards offers a whole new set of additional benefits. The program lets you earn points for purchases or service performed at participating Ford dealerships, like Sarchione Ford Randolph. Points can then be redeemed for discounts on maintenance or repairs, or even towards the purchase of your next Ford vehicle. How To Join FordPass Rewards
Setting up a FordPass account is usually a normal part of the process when you buy a new Ford vehicle, and your sales consultant can help you download and set up the app as well. The app puts an incredibly useful tool right in the palm of your hand, letting you track points, and even remotely connect with compatible Ford vehicles. If you haven’t yet downloaded the app, you can use the links provided.
How to Earn FordPass Rewards Points
Probably the biggest advantage of the FordPass Rewards program is that you earn points just for doing things you would do anyway, like bringing in your vehicle for routine maintenance. You start earning points right from the moment you purchase or lease your Ford vehicle, quite a lot of points, in fact. Purchasing accessories gets you points as well, and earning points can get you milestones that raise you to a higher tier where you can earn even more points.
Members earn 10 points with FordPass Rewards for every $1 they spend on eligible purchases at participating dealerships, including parts and services. The higher your tier, the quicker you earn points.
- Bronze Tier (10 Points Per Dollar on Service Visits) - 0 Milestones
- Silver Tier (+5% Bonus Earned) - 120 Milestones

What are the most important aspects of FordPass Rewards?
Earn — Members of the program receive points at Ford dealerships and for engaging with Ford products, services, and campaigns.
Redeem — Your points can be redeemed for Ford Service and accessories, exclusive experiences and offers, or even toward the purchase of a new vehicle.
Tiers — As you accumulate points through key activities, known as milestones, you’ll qualify for one of three membership tiers. These tiers offer various promotions, exclusive experiences, or new opportunities to earn and redeem points.
Offers — Partner offers and Ford promotions are available to qualified FordPass Rewards members.
Are FordPass App users automatically enrolled in FordPass Rewards?
Yes. When customers accept the terms and conditions for FordPass (either through the app or online), they are automatically enrolled in FordPass Rewards.
Do FordPass Rewards points expire?
Yes. FordPass Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when a member has not earned or redeemed Points for two years. App usage does not qualify as an activity required to keep a member’s account from expiring.
Can I share or combine my FordPass Rewards with my family members?
No. Unfortunately, points are associated with a single member account and not a single vehicle.
Is FordPass Rewards only available to new vehicle owners?
No! FordPass Rewards are available to everyone. Customers can join when they purchase a new vehicle or later in their ownership. You don’t even have to own a Ford vehicle to participate in the program.
